i know this looks more like my refrigerator than
an homage to my break, but, no ... you would be wrong. we went to the gun range with my dad and i learned how to shoot a .357 handgun. i was suprised how much fun we had. the men at the range really made sure it was safe and that no one would get hurt. i didn't hit the target nearly as often as my dad and brother, but i was getting better at the end. kali hit the target a bunch of times!
we stayed with lori and gwen for most of the trip, and, while i'm pretty sure we wore out our welcome after day 3, lori insists they really enjoyed the visit. i wish we'd had more time to spend witheveryone, but there's never enough time when you only get to see them once a year. mike and nicole's wedding was beautiful! the chapel was a perfect location and kellogg center hosted a wonderful reception. we're still talking about how tasty and abundant the food was. oh, yeah ... and the bride and groom looked incredibly happy.

EVERYONE knows they did NOT wear out their welcome. they could have stayed with us forever.
you're only saying that because she has her target from the gun range on her fridge! i'd be a little afraid of her too if i saw that.
jamili, i feel as if i've been "barbed." goodness, first the felonious activity accusation, now this.... as if i'm afraid of a little bullet. sheesh. well, maybe multiple bullets... it sounds as though i'd have a decent chance of survival if dena's given only one shot!!
i feel as though i need to jump in here ... not to defend my friend, of course, but to defend my shooting prowess! i COULD have hit the target if i had wanted. i simply pittied the poor target that was soundly pummeled by my family.
< blush > I'm sorry, Lori, if i "poked" too hard. I had intended only to comment on Dena's shooting skills; not to take a stab at you. We (including Nelly) all know how welcome you made Dena and Kali --and how much they apreciated it!

Jamili, it's ok. i can take it, i have to be able too 'cuz i sure do dish it out!! i thought it was funny, especially the felonies part....and Dena, what do you mean you aren't jumping in to defend me???? damn. LOL.
