dancing!

today was our first dance lesson and it was SO MUCH FUN! elizabeth is going to be our teacher and she's really cool. and it was comfortable, i guess i was a little worried about being a same-sex couple. elizabeth liked our song and thinks we can do a routine that's pretty in the short time we have left. i'm so thrilled that we will be able to look good but more importantly, it's something we're doing together, proving, once again, what a great team kali and i are. i'm just going to have to work on following, a couple times i was trying to lead. but kali did a great job leading. we managed to only step on each other once! i hope we can find the time to keep it up next year when we're back inthe same place. now for dance shoes ...
