You're saying to yourself right now, "geez ... Dena got that wrong! Suzy Boggus did this song!" And you would be right, but you would also be wrong. Nanci Griffith actually wrote and recorded Outbound Plane. While I love Suzy's version, there's something about this one that really got me, too. What do you think?

Well, my bias is that I really like Nanci Griffith. I like Suzy Boggus too, but I hear(?) your point about the differences. Griffith's feels a little more ...raw? less embellished. And I like her timing here too. Not sure which I prefer, yet, though...
