i got an offer today for an internship from the VA. yippie for me!! details: paid position ($10/hr - more than i make at the pharmacy); outpatient mental health (that means one-on-one therapy with a regular caseload); my instructor will be allen (crap, i can't remember his last neme. well, i'm sure you'll hear all about him in september); and, best of all, NOT at UMC (which means no jeff!). i decided to take the position and i feel so relieved to have the decision made. it's hard to be excited about it right now as i have now pulled out all the hair on my head trying to finish the current semester, BUT i'm sure that will change as we get closer.
